Hidynotes is a privacy notes section for Trello to visually hide your notes from other team members on the board. Hidy Pty Ltd (“Hidynotes”) operates the hidynotes.com website, Hidynotes dashboard, Trello Power-Up, Hidynotes web app, mobile app.
Hidynotes is responsible for ensuring that it uses that Personal Data in compliance with data protection laws. At Hidynotes we respect the privacy of our clients and we are committed to keeping all your Personal Data secure. This privacy policy sets out how Hidynotes uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this Service. By accessing our Service, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Throughout this policy, when we write “Hidy” or «we» or «us», we’re referring to Hidynotes.

2. Responsibilities
All Employees of Hidynotes, who interact with data subjects are responsible for ensuring that this notice is drawn to the data subject’s attention and their consent to the processing of their data is secured.
3. Minors
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. To use the Site and Service, you must be the age of legal majority in your place of residence. By using the Site and Service, you hereby represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence. We do not use an application or other mechanisms to determine the age of users of the Site and Service. All information provided to Hidynotes will be treated as if it was provided by an adult. If, however, we learn that a minor has submitted information about himself/herself to us, we delete the information as soon as possible.

5.1 Collection of information
The personal information we collect from you may include:
Your name;
Email address;
Trello ID;
Language preferences;
Time zone;
Trello OAuth token;
Trello board fields (ID);
Trello card fields (ID);
You are not required to provide any of this information, but if you do not, we may not be able to provide you with the requested services. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by removing Hidynotes access to that account.
We do not store your payment information. If you are a paying customer you will provide your credit card number directly to Stripe. The privacy policy of Stripe will apply to the information you provide on the Stripe Website.
5.2 Automatically collected information
Certain data about the devices you use to connect with Hidynotes and your use of the Site and Service are automatically logged in our systems, including:
Location information. This is the geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices (as indicated by an Internet Protocol [IP] address or similar identifier) when interacting with our Site and/or Services.
Log data. As with most websites and technology services delivered over the internet, our servers automatically collect data when you access or use our Site and Service and record it in log files. to help us administer our Site and Service, authenticate users for security purposes, provide personalized user features and access, conduct research, develop new features, and improve the features, algorithms, and usability of our Site Service.

to display User Content associated with your account and make sure it is available to you when you use our Services.

Information submitted to Hidynotes is operated by GCP Google Cloud Platform Worlwide. If you post or transfer any Information to or through our Site and Services, in so doing you agree that such Information, including Personal Data and User Content, is hosted in the United States, Australia and Belgium.
9. Security
Hidynotes shall process all personal data in the strictest confidentiality and implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures as required by applicable regulations. However, Internet data transmissions, whether wired or wireless, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and as a result, Hidynotes cannot ensure the security of Information you transmit to us, including Personal; accordingly, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. If Hidynotes finds out about a security system breach, we notify you and provide information on protective steps, if available, through the email address that you have provided to us or by posting a notice on the Site. 10. Access Requests
As our User, you can exercise your data subject rights to correct, modify or delete the Personal Data about you that Hidynotes holds. If you would like to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, please send a request to [email protected] with the following information:

What you would like to request (a copy of your Personal Data, to amend your Personal Data or to permanently delete your Personal Data).
We will provide you with this information within one month of receipt of the request.

We may occasionally update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and revise the "Last update" date at the top of this web page.
