How we work
All data stored in notes are encrypted (except the images).
Only authorised users or board admins have access to the note content.
Access to images are protected by the access token (JWT) of Trello (if the access token is invalid or expired the image data will not be sent).
Our frontend application is powered by VueJS 3 and actions like saving note, get content of a note need a request to our API (we use Trello JWTs for access).
Our API requires Authorization Process (because we connect with the trello board id, card id and webhook).
We are GDPR compliant. A user can delete an account and all data assigned to it from our customer area with a button. We also have email contact for GDPR requests and a support centre for further questions.
Authorization Process and Unauthorization Process are reserved for board admins.
Our API is available with auto scaling and in multiple regions (Europe, America and Australia).
We also respect Trello’s Compliance Policy by calling on the Trello API every 24 hours, erasing data permanently.
